Unit Job Summary
Field Research Coordinator: Lead site field team in the registration and conservation of museum objects in the National Museum of Afghanistan. Manage project functions in the field according to local laws and regulations. Coordinate work with government entities, local NGOs and museum staff in order to complete the project goals on time and within budget.
Education
Advanced degree in a field of study relevant to the research being conducted required.
Doctoral degree in a field of study relevant to the research being conducted preferred.
Experience
A minimum of three years of relevant research experience required.
Field experience in Middle East a plus.
Experience managing research projects preferred.
