Program Manager - Linxx Global Solutions Inc - Virginia Beach, VA

Linxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, is currently looking for experienced managers to fill positions in the Washington Metro Area.

This is a contingent position that requires a Letter of Intent and full documentation of the Candidate Qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage overseas, hazardous theater security programs and contracts on a day-to-day basis;

Interact with clients, staff, and corporate management;

Scheduling and coordinating programs to include multiple overseas sites;

Recruiting, screening, hiring staff;

Develop and manage teaming partner relationships.

Candidate Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen and have a current or be eligible for a Top Secret full-scope poly. This is not waiverable ;

Competitive candidates will have 10+ years’ experience in military or federal agency programs;

Overseas experience in the past five years in a hazardous theater such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, etc.;

Previous business management/program management experience;

College degree preferred;

Subject matter expertise preferred in one or more of the following areas: SOF Tier 1 or 2, or EOD. Tier 1 and Tier 2 include Navy SEALs, Army SF, 18 Delta, Ranger, Marine Recon/MARSOC/Scout Sniper, or Air Force PJ/CCT. (Note: WPPS or WPS experience alone without the required military experience does not qualify. Reserve or National Guard experience unless activated does not qualify.)
