Office Coordinator


The Office Coordinator will be responsible for overall travel (ticketing) and office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files and arranging meetings and conferences. Review all Travel Request Forms to ensure compliance with Company Travel Policies. Schedule travel accommodations for personnel. Arranging ground or air transportation for arriving and departing personnel. Responsible for coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems. Schedules and coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities with an ability to decide which scheduled events or meetings are most appropriate for allocation of time. Prepares business correspondence (using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software). Performs quality file management, prepares research and coordinates projects. Provide guidance and directions as needed to personnel regarding travel policies and procedures. Available to respond after duty hours in case of travel related emergency.
