NCI: As the U.S. Army Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation (CIAV) HQ Technical Services Lead ( Information Assurance Engineer III ), you will manage the subject matter expert support to the Army CIO/G6 Cyber Security Directorate to identify and address process, training, and technical capability gaps within the Afghanistan Mission Network (AMN) and coalition and mission partner environments. Highlights of Responsibilities:


  • Identify and address process, training, and technical capability gaps within the Afghanistan Mission Network (AMN) and coalition and mission partner environments

  • Provide assistance in the areas of policy, programming, and budgeting. The contractor shall support the AMN, other Combatant Commands (CCMD), the Mission Partner Environment (MPE), NATO Federated Mission Networking (FMN) and the Joint Information Environment (JIE)

  • Support close coordination and liaison with U.S. CIAV stakeholders; mandatory participation in quarterly CIAV Working Groups at a minimum and attend various US and International working groups and IPTs as required; develop and review documents as they relate to mission partner communications interoperability

  • Provide expert support for Mission Profile development and mission thread assessments; Ensure applicable Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation assessment reports are available to material and non-material developers in order to effect/influence present and future advancements across DOTLM-PF

  • Conduct crosswalks of standards, assist in development of standards implementation plans and determine compliance for operational mission thread interoperability

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with Coalition Interoperability Assurance & Validation (CIAV)

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Allied of Afghanistan Mission Networks

  • Demonstrated understanding of TRADOC mission thread process development

  • Demonstrated experience providing analysis of technologies, processes, tools, and architecture for cybersecurity programs

  • Demonstrated understanding of DoD and/or Army cybersecurity environments

  • DoD 8570.1-M IAM Level II certified

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Assurance designing, developing and implementing Identity Management or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5 years of experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in a technical field
