(AFG-Remote) AFGHAN NATIONAL MAINTENANCE STRATEGY MAINTENACETRAINER

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conduct Maintenance Management Training to the Afghan Army and Police on Maintenance Systems, processes, and operations.


• Conduct classroom and shoulder-to-shoulder maintenance training for in country vehicles and ground equipment utilizing an interpreter.


• Be prepared to conduct Mobile Maintenance Training (MTT) to organizations that will require travel to various in country locations away from base regional sites.

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  

  Five years senior level maintenance management experience maintaining commercial, non-standard and standard NATO military vehicles, ground equipments

  
  


• 
  

  One year mentoring experience

  
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Afghanistan in country experience


• Previous experience training the Afghan Army and/or Police


• Brigade or above Maintenance and Logistics experience


• Maintenance experience on current Afghan Army and Police vehicles
