Duties and Responsibilities:
Intelligence C41SR Systems and Information Technology (IT) Analysis.

Contractor personnel shall provide dedicated support necessary to address and resolve complex system requirements to include assessing system design and project risk, reviewing the impact of systems architectures and recommending implementation and sustainment strategies.

Contractor personnel shall advise on integrating new components into existing infrastructure, plans and designs, as well as participate in the development of Proof of Concept demonstrations as well as solution design.

Contractor personnel shall also be responsible for producing and developing architectural design documentation. depicting complex and technical systems integration.

Contractor personnel shall coordinate and integrate efforts with other agencies, services, and organizations.

Contractor personnel shall provide analysis, development and recommendations of IT initiatives.

Additionally, contractor personnel shall be able to provide technical guidance in translating IT and C41SR system requirements into technical systems specifications to include producing formal architecture products consisting of system and technical views.

Contractor personnel shall support the lead planning, development and implementation of projects that cross mission areas as well as be knowledgeable and skilled in applying advanced IT concepts, principles, practices, methods and techniques.

Contractor personnel shall also be proficient in intricate system configurations used during integration planning to include intelligence roles, responsibilities,

relationships. organizations, procedures. interoperability and interconnectivity requirements, intelligence exchange activities. and intelligence systems.

A thorough understanding of related C41SR system operating bands, frequencies and communication paths is essential.

Contractor personnel shall perform assessments of projected system requirements to ensure future intelligence/information/ISR systems and programs are compatible with USCENTCOM ISR architectures.

Contractor personnel should conduct a needs analysis in support of solutions while performing validation assessments for identified requirements.

Contractor personnel shall develop and present recommendations for interfacing new capabilities with existing applications.

Contractor personnel shall also have a solid knowledge of architectures and system configurations to be used during integration planning and execution.

Contractor should be proficient in MS Office tools and applications as well as be experienced in writing formal documents, memoranda and communications.

Contractor personnel should also provide systems engineering/technical assistance for planning, testing, implementation, installation, maintenance and system administration for Global Command & Control Systems/Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (GCCS-13) infrastructure.

Contractor personnel shall be knowledgeable in providing analytical engineering support to include integrating local, theater and national level operational

intelligence data sources as determined.

Contractor personnel shall support the compilation of information, support policy reviews, support the validation of theater biometric requirements. and prepare and distribute information and/or white papers related to biometric and forensics initiatives and concepts and architecture.

Contractor personnel shall also provide support for additional activities that include but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate with CENTCOM 13, National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), Theater Components and National Agencies to develop solutions to biometrics and forensics shortfalls in theater; particularly in Afghanistan.

Review and support the validation of theater Joint Urgent Operational Needs Statements (JUONS) to satisfy theater requirements for systems, such as Biometric Automated.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s degree with 8+ years of Systems Architecture experience or specialized training & 10+ years Systems Architecture experience or equivalent Systems/academic experience.

Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
