Princ Analyst, Info Security - General Dynamics Information Technology - United States
1. Provide 24X7 on-site project management and oversight of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) information technology teams, sections, and units responsible for support of Brigade assets throughout the AOR.
2. Full working Knowledge, instructs, and enforces AR 25-2.
3. Develops Triage policies and procedures to evaluate suspicious activity.
4. Responsible for all aspects of Network Security Center (NSC) physical network security.
5. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of NSC automated information security to include accreditations.
6. Establish local security policies.
7. Enforces Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert IAVA Compliance while tracking process Major Subordinate Commands (MSC)
8. Manages, tracks and produces trend reports information Assurance (IAVM )process from MSG’s
9. Forwards suspicious activities to appropriate agencies.
10. Assist and coordinates with Intelligence agency.
11. Manages, tracks, and coordinates RCERT-SWA incidents.
12. Provides Centralized IAVA and IAVM roster AOR IA personnel and system administrators.
13. Monitors, manages, and tracks critical server and host as reported by MSC and ensures policy reporting schedule compliance.
14. Lead Subject matter expert with IAVA testing and evaluates applications and techniques to facilitate recognition of potential security problems using Harris STAT, ISS, and Retina RPC DCOM scanning software.
15. Conducts evaluation of security events.
16. Investigates possible network and Automated Information Systems (AIS) security events.
17. Performs user account management, to include but not limited to Common Access Card (CAC), Biometrics and Public Key Identification (PKI).
18. Manages AOR server-based security policy.
19. Ensures security and accreditation requirements are met and maintained for customer connections.
20. Minimum 5 years network security administration responsibility.
21. Subject matter expert with Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Microsoft Windows Systems Management Server (SMS), and Update Expert configuration, schedule software pushes, and remote asset inventory
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
8-10 years of related experience in data security administration.
Minimum 5 years network security administration responsibility.CISSP required
