Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Education and/or Experience Requirements: 1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must possess knowledge and 3 years’ experience in the use of Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE) and Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP).
3. Must possess the ability to prepare necessary documentation (automated and manual) to account for property through hand-receipt holder level.
4. Must possess knowledge in the use of technical manuals (TMs), Supply Catalogs (SCs), Component Hand Receipts and Shortage Annexes.
5. Must possess knowledge of standardized supply regulations, policies and procedures or other applicable guidance relating to receipt and/or issue of stock or property items.
6. Knowledge/experience with Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB), and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG
7. Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.
8. Must possess the ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.
9. Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.
10. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.
11. Three to five years of related experience is preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Property Book Unit Supply – Enhanced (PBUSE)
- Logistics information Warehouse (LIW) Capabilities such as:
- Logistics Integrated Database (LIDB)
- Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP)
- Enhanced Dollar Cost Banding (EDCB)
- Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS/FEDLOG)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Sharepoint), and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. May be times when an employee is exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Rarely will an employee be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
Employees hired in the US are required to meet medical standards and attend and complete requirements at the CONUS Replacement Center prior to deployment.
