DCGS-A Increment 1, Release 2 NET Team Lead - Lockheed Martin - Fort Hood, TX





This position is identified as Strategic Review – Aligned to IS&GS This position is contingent upon contract award. The successful candidate will: -Fulfill the role of DCGS-A Increment 1, Release 2 NET Team Lead -Lead a team of training staff at Field Office Fort Hood -Travel to conduct training events or exercises may be required -Maintain and modify training packages and programs of instruction (POI) for updated systems or special exercises -Have expert knowledge of training procedures employed by the Army and FOFH Have expert knowledge of Release 2 NET as deployed

Have expert knowledge of the Training Development Capability (TDC) This position requires intimate knowledge of the U.S. Army Field Office Fort Hood (FOFH) Standard Operating Procedures. The candidate must be familiar with Army Regulation 700-142, Logistics, Type Classification, Materiel Release, Fielding and Transfer, HQDA, dated 17 January 2013. This position may require a 25% or greater travel requirement to Continental US (CONUS) and Outside CONUS (OCONUS) locations, including Germany, Korea, Afghanistan and other locations worldwide as required. In addition, the candidate shall be prepared to support exercises and training events that routinely exceed 8 hour work days and be prepared for short notice changes to performance locations.

Basic Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following experience and qualifications; candidates without ALL of the following will not be considered:
• 15 or more years of verifiable Army Military Intelligence/training experience as an officer, noncommissioned officer, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the development, planning, execution and management of complex Multi-Intelligence individual/collective DCGS-A training events occurring simultaneously at diverse locations worldwide
• Experience managing projects from initiation through closing
• Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance and may be required to pass a CI polygraph examination
