Program Manager – ISR - King Air 300 Series - Location: Afghanistan - Lockheed Martin - United States





This position is contingent upon contract award and funding expected in early 2016. Must have experience and skills necessary to perform the following tasks: • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel. • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates. • Manage logistics support analysis for military systems. Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Basic Qualifications


  • Experience Managing Personnel and Equipment in an Overseas Environment. • This requisition requires a minimum of 14 years of related experience and a BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or a related scientific/technical discipline. • Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development, five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and five (5) years systems analysis. • Equivalent experience/education combinations are NOT permitted based on the basic qualifications listed for this job. Desired skills

  • Experience with King Air 300 Series Aircraft. • Experience with Primary Mission Equipment (PME) Simultaneity. • ·Experience with: Electro-Optical/Infra-Red (EO/IR) sensor, including the WESCAMTMMX-15 and MX-20 series cameras. ·PeARLTM high resolution digital still camera system. ·Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems ·Vehicle and Dismount Exploitation Radar (VADER) ·Wide Area Surveillance Systems (Airborne Wide-Area Persistent Surveillance System), (Multi-Aperature Sparse Imager Video system) ·TACtical OPerations (TACOP) LIght Detection And Ranging (LIDAR) ·Tactical Communications, including, Line-of-Site (LOS) Ultra High Frequency/Very High Frequency (UHF/VHF) voice and data communications radios and Satellite Communications (SATCOM) voice and data communications radios. ·Integrated workstations ·Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) systems, including, AN/AAR-47 Missile Approach Warning System (MAWS), AN/AAR-57 Common Missile Approach Warning System (CMWS), AN/ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser Systems (CMDS) and AN/APR-39 Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) ·Other Intelligence collection and/or PED systems as required.
