All-Source Analyst - Leidos - Reston, VA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide all-source intelligence analysis on the RCIED to produce intelligence assessments and briefings for the customer.


• Works directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret reporting from multiple sources to produce current and finished intelligence products.


• Briefs senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and must be able to react to a highly fluid environment.


• Coordinates and interacts with analysts from service, component, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies.


• Provide expertise necessary to assist in the development of threat analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a discipline in electronics with 7-10 years of experience. Additional years of experience can be used in lieu of degree.


• Currently possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.


• Detailed understanding of the RCIED and how it is employed.


• Ability to research and write well.


• Understand the RCIED and the electronics associated with that device.


• Ability to put briefings together and present data to high level audiences.


• Possess advanced writing and communication skills and experience producing written intelligence analysis and briefings with little oversight.


• Experience in DoD C-IED efforts, data mining, and knowledge of terrorist groups, tactics, targets, and procedures.


• Experience with MS Office – fluent in PowerPoint *Experience with Palantir and ArcGIS.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of CREW and/or EWO background in Iraq and/or Afghanistan.
