Afghanistan: Field Officer Manager
- ¨This post is open for 2 Male Afghan candidates
- One duty station is Baghlan and other is Takhar/Kunduz
- Interacts with project staff and provide with technical advice on different implementation aspects of projects.
- ¨ Oversee performance of trainers and select them for different assignments.
- ¨ Lead communication activities of the project
- ¨ Evaluate performance of trainers and proposes capacity building opportunities based on their needs.
- ¨ Develop project plans and log-frames to provide benchmark for implementation and evaluation of the programs.
- ¨ Drafts periodical monitoring and activity reports of the project.
- ¨ Conducts site visits to projects, and the consequent travel, as an integral part of the position.
- ¨ Establishes and meets specific work-related goals as outlined in log-frames and work plans and gauged in quarterly and annual statistics.
- ¨ TO have continuous contact and interaction with concerned communities and to provide technical support and coaching during and after the project.
- ¨ Performs any other duties as assigned by the superiors.
- University graduate, with at least 10 years project management experience.
