Site Manager – Transient Aircraft Services

Contingent upon contract award


Transient Alert/Aircraft Servicer at specific locations within the Southwest Asia region; Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar; Al Dhafra AB, United Arab Emirates; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan; Muwaffaq Salti AB, Jordan; and Al Jaber AB, Kuwait.


Specific Duties:
Site Manager will provide oversight for all Aircraft Servicers and Aircraft Servicer Foreman employees on the project.


Attends contingency meetings, briefings, and participates in exercises involving transient aircraft.


Ensures compliance with Hazardous material handling and Material Safety Data Sheet programs and all local procedures.


Ensures that hazardous waste accumulation point (H-WAP) is emptied every 24 hours if full and transported to the Air Expeditionary Wing Hazardous Waste disposal site.


Monitors all transient aircraft ramp activities at all times.


Dispatches personnel to drive and operate the mobile stair case unit as requested.


Ensure effective tool control program is established in accordance with procedures specified in AFI 21-101 and Expeditionary Maintenance Group (EMXG) Operating Instructions to include lost tool procedures.


Notify Airfield Management and wing safety office immediately when evidence of a bird strike is discovered.


Implement and monitor a customer feedback program to measure customer satisfaction and take prompt corrective action on adverse trends.


Submit appointment letters as defined in the PWS.


Generate and submit reports including number of aircraft arrivals, departures, DVs, customer surveys, and other reportable events each month across all locations.


Maintains Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) necessary for the recovery, maintenance, inspection, servicing, or launching of aircraft.


Train contract employees on specific aircraft when required.


Knowledgeable and willing to perform duties of the Aircraft Servicer when needed.


Qualifications :
Formal Training and License/Certification Requirements. (Mandatory)


FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, or DD Form 214 with documentation reflecting aircraft maintenance experience.

Six years of Supervisory experience.

Current Secret level Security Clearance.
