Afghanistan: Trainer

The purpose of this position is to support CPAU’s project activities in relation to training of female community peace council members in peacebuilding, and EVAW law in three northeastern provinces.
Duty station will be Baghlan, Kunduz,Takhar
¨ Trainer will be responsible to conduct and organize important training workshops to female communities
¨ Prior to providing training, she shall conduct participants’ analysis and study context of the area in which training is conducted
¨ He/she is responsible for reviewing and making any changes in training materials under the supervision of the master trainer.
¨ During the training, in different intervals she should facilitate group discussions and help participants friendly with each other
¨ Oversee and track learning progress during workshop
- ¨ Support in the organization of training workshop
- ¨ Support in identifying suitable participants for the workshop
- ¨ She shall be able to create good relations with workshop participants and even after the workshop, she shall remain in contact with workshop participants and give them coaching if needed and requested.
