Senior Logistics Manager

PAE (Formerly A-T Solutions) is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager for a deployed overseas location. The duties of this position will be to assess the state of an existing logistics infrastructure, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements related to logistics and supply chain management areas, as well as teaching and mentoring junior logistics personnel.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree coupled with 10+ years experience;ORa High School diploma coupled with 16+ years experience.

A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role to include training and/or mentoring experience

Experience in business process engineering (BPE) or business process improvement

Formal process improvement training, formal defined as either college level course with process improvement or commercially available in-class training course focused specifically on process improvement

Basic program or project management, financial management, resource planning, and performance management experience

Experience providing strategic direction

Experience in assessing an organization from a people, process, technology, and cost perspective

Strong knowledge and/or understanding of the various logistics concepts to include acquisition, asset management, purchasing, resource utilization, transportation, and supply chain management

An active TS/SCI security clearance with a FSP.

Desired Qualifications

Six Sigma (Black Belt) Certification

Completion of Technical Transportation of Hazardous Materials course
