(AFG) Manager - Multi-Function 4 (Site Manager)- JM BD OCONUS

Responsible for management over an entire independent site consisting of more than one job family. Responsible for providing site leadership to a customer-focused team or group of teams committed to increased quality and productivity. Provides both strategic and operational leadership for business programs, operations and functional organizations. In accordance with organization goals, provides direction on activities and behaviors. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for the site’s internal and external customers. Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms, and behaviors. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, task, and solutions. Provides guidance to site on development, performance, and productivity issues. Monitors and ensures proper use of assets. Reports to Program Management Office on site performance.

o A Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline and 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

o Military experience managing and coordinating flight operations and/or aircraft maintenance operations in a management, officer or senior enlisted rank, capacity is desired.

o Requires DOD Secret clearance and if required may require TOP SECRET/SCI as the contract may specify.

o Must be eligible to deploy to OCONUS locations and be physically qualified.

Preferred Qualifications:

· US Special Operations Experience

· Ability to excel individually and as part of a team

· Ability to Prioritize and Multitask under pressure

· Microsoft Windows and MS Office Familiarity
