Job Descriptions:
IEA Corp is looking for an experienced software engineer with experience in providing support such as developing graphs and charts to support business analysis’, developing content and graphics for reports, assist in formatting for reports as required. This person may also be asked to carry out activities such as:
« knowledge management program and policy advice and guidance
« project analysis
« program planning and management
« knowledge management program evaluation
« develop improvements, testing and fixes for the OAPA WFM Tool
Required Experience:
Must have as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
At least eight years of experience working and analyzing business data/situations and problems in a domestic and international environment and the experience in assessing and writing analysis reports
Relevant experience in international development, in areas such as economic growth, economic policy and institutions; agriculture and agribusiness; legal and institutional reform; trade and investment; microenterprise development natural resource management; community development; democracy and governance; conflict management and mitigation, health, and education are recommended
S/he must be well organized and be able to manage numerous, simultaneous activities
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Windows-based operating system
Functional knowledge of HTML and programming/scripting language is preferred
This is supporting Afghanistan/Pakistan, travel maybe required.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
The contractor personnel performing under this task shall possess a Secret security clearance.
