Computer Network Operations Planner (CNOP) - SOS International LLC - Washington, DC

***This position Deploys to Afghanistan for a 1 year assignment.***

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Computer Network Operations Planner (CNOP) for a full-time position supporting our United States Government (USG) customer. The Computer Network Operations Officer will plan and integrate all computer network operations into theater activities in support of our government customer. This position will report to the In-Country Program Manager and will coordinate activities and work product with the military section lead.

Essential Job duties:

• Conducts computer network operations planning, integration and execution


• Advises and assist the military senior leaders with CNO policy, plans, and operations integration * Coordinates with external staffs and counterpart elements for required authorities, plan approval and operation execution


• Manages all CNO activities in support of Military Information Support Operations (MISO) and Information Operations (IO)


• Liaises with representatives from USAFOR-A, ISAF and the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Defense, and all other relevant U.S. governmental agencies


• Comply with all published HSE policies and procedures. Foster safe work practices for all coworkers and subordinates. Report any and all deficiencies to management with an eye towards continuous safety improvement

Requirements:
US citizenship with a current DOD TOP SECRET TS/SCI clearance with CI-scope polygraph within the past 5 years being highly desired

• Possess a minimum of five (5) years experience working in computer network operations with at least 2 years of operational Computer Network Attack (CNA) planning and integration experience. Previous Secure Technical Operations (STO) access and experience highly desired


• Function effectively during heightened threat levels and extended periods of high stress and physical danger and discomfort


• Organize and properly prioritize work assignments and function well in an environment that requires constant multi-tasking – and often long hours


• Excellent written, oral, briefing, interpersonal and technical skills

Work Environment:

• Live and work daily with military customer in austere conditions across Afghanistan


• Function effectively and efficiently in a conflict zone, during extended periods of high pressure and stress
