Job Title Government Property Specialist II
Job Description Provides specialized technical and administrative services within the Government Property function. Assists management in ensuring project compliance with a requirements contained in the LOGCAP IV contract, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 45 and applicable part 52 clauses, and the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) part 245. May be assigned responsibility for sections of the Master Property Book of Record (to include Company’s electronic Gov. Property Control Systems) to adequately demonstrate receipt, use/tracking and disposition of all Gov. Property received and/or in possession of Fluor under a project/task order. Supports management in administering Project(s) Property Control Practices/Systems and related operations for LOGCAP IV Projects. Assists in preparing and submitting all required Gov. Property management reports accurately and in a timely manner, physical verification of inventories, Loss Damage Destruction (LDD) reports, DD 1149 (Transfer/Surplus), and annual DD1662 (Property in the possession of the Contractor) reports. Performs related administrative and other support functions as assigned.
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Basic Job Requirements High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and five (5) years related experience.
