Job Descriptions:
IEA Corp is looking for an experienced PM who will coordinate senior business analysis and support, as well as provide supervisory oversight for the five employees under his/her supervision. The PM will be the primary POC for the USAID COR and shall be the contractor’s primary liaison with the COR with regard to administration of the contract and any personnel matters that may arise. The PM shall be responsible for program planning and management, program advice and guidance. The PM must also be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing. S/he must be well organized and manage numerous, simultaneous activities.
Required Experience:
Must have as a minimum a Master’s Degree in a relevant field (MBA, Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Public Diplomacy
At least 15 years of experience in supervising and managing personnel and workloads, analyzing business data/situations and problems in a combination of domestic and international environments; and developing and writing reports
Relevant experience in international development, in areas such as but not limited to economic growth, economic policy and institutions; agriculture and agribusiness; legal and institutional reform; trade and investment; micro enterprise development; natural resource management; community development; democracy and governance; conflict management and mitigation; health; and education is recommended
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Window based operating systems is required
This is supporting Afghanistan/Pakistan, travel maybe required.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
The contractor personnel performing under this task shall possess a Secret security clearance.
