Accord Worldwide intends to hire a Curriculum Development Specialist for an upcoming project.
Responsibilities,
The candidate is expected to Develop Curriculum for a change Agent Program by involving all the stakeholders for training on ending violence against Women and Women economic development.
Develop criteria for selection of participants for the Change Agent Program
Train the client organization staff to be able to deliver the Change agent program Curriculum to the beneficiary women.
Work with the client organization to develop Monitoring and Evaluation tools that will be used by organization staff.
Qualification,
-The Candidate should be a graduate in Social Sciences and have experience of at least 7 years in Curriculum Development and designing trainings on VAW and Women economic Development fields, and in case of Master degree the candidate should have experience of at least 5 years in the similar assignments.
-Additional experience required:
-The candidate should have expertise in Women rights programming in Afghanistan and abroad
-He possess experience and understanding of grass roots advocacy on VAW and Women economic empowerment issues.
-He should be experienced in participatory development methods.
-He should be able to work in the strict and tight deadlines.
- The candidate must speak and write good English, Pashto and Dari languages.
