Fuel Accountant

Job Description Under direct supervision, competent to work in the most complex clerical functions related to accounting activities. Capable of using automated accounting systems to perform data collection and data input. Interfaces with other groups inside and outside the organization, vendors, and project personnel.

Basic Job Requirements High School diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of directly related experience required. Government contracting, payroll, and/or accounts payable experience preferred.

Other Job Requirements Demonstrates proficiency in the use of PC-based business applications. Functional knowledge of purchase orders, payment terms, and processing of invoices and/or expense reports. Basic personal and communication skills. Requires some discretion and evaluation.

To ensure safety, health and security measures within the contract are met, all employees shall be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand)
