_Duties and responsibilities:_

1. Issue all work documents to inspection and maintenance technician

2. Maintain real time tracking of all parts going through repair process and provides scheduling direction to support maintenance.

3. Participate in maintenance planning meetings.

4. Coordinate with Base Supply to ensure required items are delivered in a timely manner.

5. Attend the Monthly Provisioning Meeting.


_Experience Qualifications:_

1. Minimum of ten (10) years overall experience in aircraft maintenance and Maintenance Planning.

2. Completion of Basic and Advanced Courses in planning.

3. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

4. Experienced in Computer Based Supply Systems

5. Knowledge of policies and procedures relating to administration, communication, correspondence, messages, publications, and forms management, general office management, overall organizational structure, and its interrelationship with the mission.

6. Ability to read, speak and write English professionally is mandatory.

7. Must possess a US Passport with the ability to obtain a Work Visa for Afghanistan.

8. Subject to drug and alcohol testing.

9. Position Contingent on Contract Award.

10. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently may supervise others while working in high tempo flight operations environment with high noise levels.

* The position will require working with Foreign Nationals

* Must be able to work in the austere working and living environment.

* Ability to work an 84 hour work week (7 days per week, 12 hours per day).
