Position: Mid-Level HUMINT Targeting Officer
Supervisor: Program Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:
· Perform all aspects of the HUMINT Targeting Cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· The HUMINT Targeting Officer candidates will provide identification of all related intelligence requirements for their assigned issues.
· Perform all-source research, develop collection strategies, data-mining, link analysis and social network analysis in order to identify targets, produce Target Profiles, baseline the target with all-source intelligence information, identify strategies and produce statements to drive HUMINT Operations Follow-on support is expected, to include RFI’s supporting validation efforts.

Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of intelligence targeting experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence.
· Targeting experience.
· Proficiency with the use of Palantir.
· Proficiency conducting Geo Metadata Analysis
· Proficiency conducting Pattern of Life (POL) Analysis.
· Proficiency with ArcGIS or Google Earth.
· Must have excellent verbal communication skills for briefings and presentations.
· Must have TS/SCI eligibility and able to obtain CI poly if required to do so (CI Poly preferred).
· Highly Desired: specialized training in one of the following: Graduate of Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), another DoD HUMINT Targeting Course, or another Intelligence Community member’s accredited HUMINT Targeting Course.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Prefer recent deployed experience to Iraq and or Afghanistan operating within an Intelligence support capacity.
· Strong technical background.

Education Required:
· BA/MA preferred.

Experience Required:
· 4-6 years of intelligence targeting experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence.
· Must have TS/SCI eligibility and able to obtain CI poly if required to do so (CI Poly preferred).
