Atlas Advisors is actively seeking an experienced HUMINT analyst to perform the following functions:
- Support a CI/HUMINT or intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2X and/or CJ2 analytical requirements.
- Provide analysis of IIRs and HRs, provides feedback and IIR and HR evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, ad-hoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, and support source validation.
- Conduct analysis of source reliability and report credibility, and communicates that analysis to the collector in support of the source validation process.
- Provides HUMINT analysis and assessments in support of HUMINT source validation.
- Responsible for researching, developing and presenting CI/HUMINT and all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team.
- Responsible for intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting. Job Type Full time Minimum Qualifications • Must be a US Citizen
- Current active secret level security clearance (or higher level clearance)
- Minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with HUMINT experience preferred.
- This position requires former 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35D/35E, 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35A, 34A or equivalent.
- Experience in either IED/C-IED, CT, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT, CI or military analysis desired.
- Possess strong research and writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a strategic level analytical team in the accomplishment of assessments of sources and their reporting through the corroboration of source reporting, analytic feedback, quality assurance and the development of HUMINT and intelligence products and assessments.
- College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent mid-level military enlisted or company grade officer experience preferred. A Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 2-years intelligence work experience. An associate degree with a minimum of 4 years intelligence work experience; or a minimum of 6 years intelligence experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
