Qualifications:
The HR Generalist:
Implements and administers policies covering recruitment, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, benefits, and EEO/affirmative action.
Is responsible for employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of employees
Ensures programs, practices, and policies comply with applicable laws and regulations
