Overview:
Responsibilities:
The Interdiction Task Order is seeking an individual to coordinate security activities for the Interdiction Compounds in Kabul, Afghanistan. – Supervise the Security Unit staff which consists of Local National (LN) and Foreign National (FN) employees. – Coordinates movements and protocols with the security provider. – Oversees vendor access control coordination and security escorts. – Responsible for coordinating and tracking the vetting of LN employees with the Regional Security Officer (RSO). – Responsible for coordinating and tracking Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) processing for FN employees. – May develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports; may produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software – Maintain inventory of all security assets to include body armor, weapons, ammunition and radio inventory. – Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Three years’ experience in high level administrative functions. – One year experience in an OCOUNS environment. – Preferred experience working in law enforcement or security. – Preferred supervisory experience. – Familiarization with DoS/DoD security procedures and policies preferred. – Excellent report writing capabilities. – Familiarization with Microsoft Office. – Must be able to obtain an MRPT. – Must be a US Citizen – Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
