Job Description

FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST.

SUMMARY:

This may include, but is not limited to, dining room coordination, food service preparation, food inventory control, and catering. Create and submit for approval, proposed menus. Assist in coordination and the preparation of and cooking, serving of all types of food served or prepared by establishment. Coordinate and assist in keeping business records, collecting and paying, ordering or purchasing supplies, and delivery of dinning facility supplies. Ensure that food preparation standards are met. Assist in the catering of special events.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Must have minmum of 5 years of experience in military, government or commercial food service environment.

Shall comply with all required US regulations for safe food handling and preparation regulations and procedures.

Experience in ordering and inventory Must be cleared at a minimum to Sponsor’s TS/ level

Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s license.

Must be able to obtain (with Sponsor assistance) a Diplomatic Passport

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid VISA for the country of deploymen

Must meet minimum health and physical fitness requirements

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
