Raven MRX - Exploitation Analysis Cell C-IED SME - Radiance Technologies, Inc. - Fort Walton Beach, FL

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company supporting the Department of Defense, is searching for Senior Level Exploitation Analysis Cell C-IED SMEs. Successful candidates will support approximately six Raven MRX training iterations per year for the MARSOC Marines by providing real time feedback and technical information pertaining to Improvised Explosive Devices. Exercise locations are expected to vary, but will include: Eglin AFB, FL; Eastern Tennessee; and areas of the Western U.S. Applicants must be able to support military exercises in harsh environments and remain outdoors for extended periods, construct and operate C-IED training lanes, and provide training using the USSOCOM SOFSSE training portal.

Desired Qualifications

3X level II qualified, CAT II qualified or equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Required Skills

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Exploitation Analysis Cell SMEs must be knowledgeable on SOF SSE TTPs and the SOF SSE program of record structure, capability, systems and tools.

EAC and SOF SSE Training Portal trained.

Capable of, and experienced in utilizing USSOCOM SOFSSE training portal as the simulated EAC lab.

Full understanding and ability to employ USSOCOM SOFSSE forensic/biometric equipment.

SOFSSE Operators Advanced Course and SOFSSE Technical Exploitation Course qualified, or military equivalent.

Required Experience

10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years as an EOD Technician supporting SOF units.

At least one OIF/OEF deployment supporting SOF units as an EOD Technician.

Experienced with Secure Electronic Enrollment Kit (SEEK), Cellbrite, XRY.

Experienced in the fabrication of, but not limited to, IEDs, HME, HME lab training aids.

Experienced in the construction and execution of C-IED training lanes.

Experience with SOF EAC in the past 3 years in Iraq/Afghanistan.
