Intelligence Analyst 4 - Engility Corporation - Tampa, FL





RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

TASC, an Engility Company is looking is seeking a Senior Intelligence Systems Analyst (ISA) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. Put your years of experience and leadership into a future of excellence supporting the Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) by serving as an on-site Coalition Interoperability Assurance & Validation (CIAV) representative located within the USCENTCOM J2 Staff on MacDill Air Force (AFB) in Tampa, FL. The Senior ISA will support the CIAV methodology with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) assessment expertise working in concert with the USCENTCOM J2 Staff. The Senior ISA selected for this position will provide unbiased, objective advice and recommendations to the CIAV JITC Government Leadership and USCENTCOM personnel related to assessment activities, findings, and results concerning the Afghanistan Mission Network (AMN) and Federated Mission Networking (FMN) operational capabilities, networks, and enhancements. Conduct mission based interoperability analysis and support, streamlined to meet requirements in the context of the degree of risk and mission impact associated with the system or capability being assessed in a Joint Coalition environment. Coordinate assessment planning and overall strategy with the CIAV JITC Government Leadership and other CIAV assessment labs to include Coalition Partners, as required. The selected individual must have a Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI access. The position will require the individual to travel on short notice to various sites and meeting locations within the United States, Europe, and into CENTCOM’s Area of Operation (AoR).

MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Optimal Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


  • Extensive project management experience in a DoD environment, with the proven ability to manage multiple high profile projects concurrently.

  • Strong background in ISR related support and experience, specifically in the area of collection management.

  • Knowledge of current coalition mission networks, including CENTRIXS-SWA, Afghanistan Mission Network (AMN), BICES, and CENTCOM Partner Network.

  • Working knowledge of CENTCOM 25-28 process for deploying systems.

  • Working knowledge of overarching CENTCOM J2 processes and procedures.

  • Working knowledge, or conceptual understanding, of interoperability processes and procedures.

  • Information Knowledge Management (IKM) experience.

  • Working knowledge of Export Compliance.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with DoD and JS directives, instructions, and regulations.

  • Possess sound technical writing, oral communication, and organizational skills.

  • Must be a self-starter; able to perform duties as Liaison Officer (LNO) customer representative for the JITC.

  • Must be very proficient with Microsoft Office products.

• Must have a Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI acces

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of direct ISR expertise and experience, and managing multiple ISR related support efforts or exercises.

• In support of USCENTCOM, combined joint task force, or service component J2 Staff; including a thorough understanding of ISR processes, procedures, and tools employed in the USCENTCOM AoR.
