DESCRIPTION:
IA Auditor position
in INSCOM which will conduct audits of applicable government networks
utilizing government software to review and report on specific anomalies or
usage concerns. Conduct vulnerability
scans of Windows client, servers, network architectures and environments across
the spectrum of classified networks up to the Top Secret level. Coordinate and provide technical support to
the IA Team and Enterprise Team for software security compliance.
Qualifications
BASIC
QUALIFICATIONS:
·
DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT II certified
·
DoD 8570 computing environment certification or
training certificate for the operating system(s) and/or security related
tools/devices they support
·
At least five years’ experience network scanning
and audit support
·
At least five years’ experience in IA technology
or a related information systems security area
·
Working knowledge of Nessus vulnerability
scanning software
·
Working knowledge of ACAS software
·
Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
·
Working
knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
·
US citizen
·
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI
eligibility
·
Working knowledge of MS Office products
·
Working knowledge of Remedy ITSM
·
Knowledge of Information Technology
Infrastructure Library V3 (ITIL)
·
Working experience with DoD Civilians, military
and contractors
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Work 8 hours on a rotating
schedule that includes weekends and holidays in support of a 24x7x365 mission;
may travel to attend Government required training or in support of mission;
considerable stress may occur at times; physical demands include those
associated with maintaining government data centers.
