(AFG-Bagram) GENERATOR MECHANIC & POWER CONTROL II

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

The Generator Mechanic & Power Control will support the INSCOM G4 Worldwide Logistics Support contract and installs, troubleshoots, and maintains generator systems and equipment. Disassembles motor and troubleshoots electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring and tests electrical equipment for safety and uses blueprints, hand tools and voltage-or-amp measuring devices.

This is a contingent position based on funding from the customer.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:

AS/AA or relevant military experience or education equivalency and 2-4 years of experience.

If selected for a deployable position you may be processed through a CONUS Replacement Center (CRC). Prior to deployments individuals will read, and thoroughly understand the terms and conditions which he/she will be deployed and the expected field environment. Must satisfy standards of fitness to include general physical, mental, and dental health standards, medication requirements, and body mass index (BMI) calculations.

* TS/SCI Eligible.
