(AFG-Afghanistan) Fielding & Sustainment Analyst, Level II
BRTRC Federal Solutions, a growing government contractor, is seeking a Fielding and Sustainment (F&S) Analyst II. This position is located OCONUS in Afghanistan, but may require travel to other locations within the USCENTCOM AOR.
The individual supporting this role may lead a variety of functions to include: coordination of fielding activities. Individual needs to be proficient with: SAMS-1E; GCSS-A; PBUSE; LIW and other related logistical databases. Individual will maintain accountability in the AOR of vehicle fleet & accessories and will be required to coordinate with government personnel on vehicle fielding and retrograde.
• Conducts in theater coordination of fielding activities and executes fielding operations, to include vehicle accessory installations and equipment handoffs at FOBs. Collects and analyzes logistical data in the evaluation of various alternatives and makes recommendations in regard to a potential path forward in the areas of Maintenance, Material Fielding, and vehicle fleet sustainment in the AOR.
• Develops and follows established processes to determine the effectiveness of current sustainment operations, determines problem areas, and proposes solutions. Individual is familiar with related maintenance systems such as SAMS-1E and/or GCSS-A.
• Individual maintains property accountability in the AOR of vehicle fleet and accessories.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 20 years of Army maintenance experience
• Current DoD security clearance and U.S. Passport
• Ability to satisfy all pre-deployment requirements in early April 2016 with the goal to be in Theater on/about April 15, 2016
