INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
**Contingent on Contract Award**

Base Closure Assistance Team (BCAT) – Afghanistan (Bagram and Kandahar).

Provides technical assistance for all base closure team IT related operations and interface with appropriate systems to support overall base closure/transfer efforts. Additionally, conducts customer support duties and recommend necessary IT action pertinent to all aspects of customer support while facilitating knowledge management and file sharing. Ensures all team members have domain access and access to automated military supply systems. Performs help desk/IT support in order to provide technical assistance to users and minimize connectivity disruptions for team members. Updates programming and functionality of automated systems as well as act as knowledge management specialist to digitally archive documentation and reports created by during the base assistance process. Business and management skills involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or technical degree equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field of study. Possess at least three years of IT related work experience. Must be certified in programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. Must be proficient in Adobe applications and Share Point and its programming requirements. U.S. Citizen with final Secret Clearance .

Salary: $120,000.00 /year
