(AFG-PAR) Training Specialist, Senior


Key Role:


Provide comprehensive training for a wide range of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and equipment, including fixed, mounted, and dismounted Counter RCIED Electronic Warfare (CREW) systems. Prepare lesson plans, programs of instruction, and materials for training of EW and C4ISR systems and train Electronic Warfare Officers (EWOs) and Field Support Representatives (FSRs) in installation, operation, and maintenance of EW and C4ISR systems. Leverage extensive experience with EW and C4ISR systems to ensure the training is operationally relevant and in accordance with the warfighter requirements. Provide troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair expertise. Maintain work of high quality and integrity and meet and exceed Booz Allen’s standards for professional excellence to achieve superior results. This position will require extensive CONUS and OCONUS travel and may require working 12 hour days, 7 days a week with travel to theaters of operations with hostile environments and austere conditions for extended periods for personnel meeting the provisions of Department of State Standardized Regulations, Chapter 650 – Danger Pay Allowance and Chapter 350 – Hardship Pay, are eligible to receive danger and hardship pay up to the prevailing percentages over basic compensation.


Basic Qualifications:


-15 years of experience in working with EW and C4ISR systems


-Knowledge of fixed, mounted, and dismounted CREW systems, including Duke, CREW Vehicle Receiver/Jammer (CVRJ), and Ground Auto-targeting Observation Reactive Jammer (GATOR)


-Ability to resolve problems with EW systems using schematics, technical manuals, and measurement equipment


-Ability to leverage expertise in EW and C4ISR systems to develop and deliver operationally relevant training


-Ability to leverage an established network of government and industry relationships to provide solutions to complex problems


-Ability to function at a high level individually and as part of a team


-TS/SCI clearance required

Additional Qualifications:


-Experience in working with the US Army and Product Manager Counter RCIED Electronic Warfare (PdM CREW)


-Knowledge of the entire defense acquisition life cycle, including Research and Development (R&D), systems engineering and integration, test and evaluation, operations, maintenance, and sustainment


-Knowledge of laboratory testing equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators


-Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills


-Possession of excellent client-facing and presentation skills


-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
