PAE is currently seeking a

Operations Manager – Redistribution Property Accountability Teamto support our US Government Operations in Afghanistan.

The

Operations Manager – Redistribution Property Accountability Teamwill:

* Be responsible for the day to day operational planning and execution of all RPAT operations at the assigned locations.

  Develop, coordinate and execute repair induction and throughput schedules in accordance with the contract requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage the phases associated with retrograde operations including receiving, accountability, disposition, baseline reconfiguration (four corners operations), agricultural cleaning, transportation and reporting/records maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop, coordinate and execute repair induction and throughput schedules IAW the customer requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead execution and coordinate issue resolution with Government repair site.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop inventory management strategy and coordinate supply chain for rotatable assets, repairable components, new replacement parts and meeting availability and reliability metrics.

  
  


• 
  

  Meet budget and inventory requirements. Develop and participate in monthly Performance Management Reviews.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  US Citizenship is required for this position.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and must maintain eligibility throughout the term of employment.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have at least 8 years of applicable Army supply experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Must have applicable experience in estimating requests, program planning requirements, and in be able to provided updates/inputs to the Program Master Scheduling Plan.

  
  


• 
  

  Medical: Favorable passage of a drug screen and physical examination.
