Locations of deployment will vary depending on contract need. Destinations include both NATO member and non-member nations, including: Iraq, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, among others. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary Point of Contact and Company Representative for the client
Lead an incumbent subcontract team of infrastructure O&M support staff in day-to-day operations, as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Manage resources and activities of the site to successfully achieve required results as determined by the PWS
Successfully develops strategy and executes project needs to meet client satisfaction
This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of previous experience as a Site Manager (or similar role) in support of military operations in a deployed environment
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a valid driver’s license
Must possess or be able to obtain, at minimum, a SECRET Level clearance
Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Strong oral and written communication skills
Must pass medical requirements testing and substance abuse test
Willing to live and work in austere conditions in a military contingency environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a Site Manager (or related) role for NATO contracts
