(AFG-Kabul) SOE Command Team Mentor-Trainer (Team Lead)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The primary goal of this program is to provide subject matter expertise and training support to assist Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan (CSTC-A) and NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A) through Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan (SOTF-A) and Afghan National Army Special Operations Command-Special Operations Advisory Group (ANASOC-SOAG), in the execution of their mission. The mission is to train ANASOC units to perform their duties and responsibilities independent of Coalition assistance.
Train the SOE Leadership and Staff, SOE Specialty School staff and instructors, SOE Combative instructors and Special Forces School staff and instructors on their duties and responsibilities to command and control, synchronize force generation into the ANASOC G1/G3 training (administration), develop training and education, develop training management, leader development (Officer/NCO), develop training doctrine, forecast and utilize training/operational resources (logistics), and conduct/integrate training assessments (Task, Conditions, Standards).
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
The subcontractor shall ensure this Trainer has a SOF background, in the grade of E8/O4 or higher, with appropriate level of experience at a Special Warfare School as an Instructor/Training Staff member, Ranger Regiment/School, Drill
Sergeant/Drill staff member or equivalent SOF training/training management experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience training Afghan Special Operations Soldiers
