Training & Development Representative Staff - Lockheed Martin - Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD





This position is contingent upon contract award expected in early 2016. This position is identified as Strategic Review – Aligned to IS&GS. Position is located in Afghanistan: Intelligence Training Specialist, Senior is responsible for instructing on and maintaining the Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) infrastructure of and maintaining Configuration Management (CM) of Interface Control Documents (ICD) and Software version control. This position is also responsible for architecture coordination (engineering support, beta flowcharts, and architectural drawings) as well as Field Service Representatives (FSRs)/Field Service Engineers (FSEs) support for information assurance, data collection, product dessimination and data transfer. “Sample Description of Work Performed: The training specialist must have intelligence experience and the ability to provide training to intelligence analysts that will improve their ability to collect, produce or disseminate intelligence data. Training specialists determine training requirements for specific job functions, and develop training programs and training materials necessary for effecting the actual training. They conduct research necessary to develop and revise training courses, curriculum and training programs. They develop all course material, such as course manuals, training aids, student texts and handouts. Their skills include providing classroom and on-the-job instruction and computer based/aided training. These individuals have advanced specialized training in areas specific to their professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years. NACI required prior to deployment and within 30 days of start date. Valid passport for at least 3 years. Ability to read, write and speak English Familiarly with basic computer skills Must be able to meet CENTCOM CRC medical minimum standards Must be able to meet deployment training minimum standards Must be able to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner


Desired skills

Ability to multi-task in a complex and austere environment Experience as part of an overseas military contingency deployment or in Afghanistan
