TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
JOB SUMMARY:
This position includes preparing, transcribing, transferring, systematizing, and preserving both written and computerized communications and records; gathering and distributing information.
·Operating office machines; storing, distributing, accounting for stores of materials; distributing mail and delivering messages.
·Performing other administrative support and clerical duties may be required.
·Assist in preparation of NSPA required weekly and monthly reports.
·Administrative duties to include: filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
·This position will provide administrative support to the site manager and staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records and timekeeping.
·The Administrative Assistant may be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials.
KNOWLEDGE:
·Considerable knowledge of the job. Complete acquaintance with and understanding of the general and detailed aspects of the job, and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered.
GENERAL SKILLS: Must have good verbal and writing skills; be familiar with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point. Candidates must be physically able and willing to work long hours to meet mission and contract requirements.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 100% Overseas Assignment
MIN EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
·High School diploma or equivalent.
·4 years of related experience.
·Consideration will be given to relevant professional experience commensurate with assignment.
·Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, and background checks, etc.
·Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport. Must have valid U.S. Drivers License
