Overview:
CSRA Defense IT Group, Air Force Directorate is in need of a strategic leader and business innovator with a reputation of seizing opportunity, inspiring others, lean management, and getting results in complex and rapidly evolving environments in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) space. It is desired that the candidate have 20+ years of international experience in military operations from combat to humanitarian missions. Candidate must be ready to grow a multinational aeronautics business by capturing share/entering new markets with customer and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
Minimum requirements are a proven record in Strategy & Engagement, Government Relations, National & Homeland Security, Combat Air Forces, Rapid Acquisition, Low Observable Technology, National and Theater ISR & Cyber, Distributed Common Ground System and Full Spectrum Sensing & Analysis.
Qualifications:
Military Experience in Air Force Intelligence
Conducting analysis of future Air Force operating environment, concepts, and T-X requirements
Evaluating C4ISR market and legislative constituencies for emergent hybrid aircraft business
Delivering military and civil market expertise to international RPA and aerostat manufacturer
Directed Business/Engagement Strategy and Acquisition/Resource Planning for portfolios
Integrated emergent fighters/bombers, sensing, & partners into A2AD ISR engagements/resourcing
Managed intel aspects of US/Italy/Japan F-35, LRS-B, T-X – integrated ISR efforts
North Atlantic Treaty Organization and International Security Assistance Force Afghanistan Knowledge
Built operation, defense/intelligence community/legislative engagements, and acquisition strategies for aircraft fleet and strong global joint DCGS enterprise for US National ISR
Managed foreign military ISR sales, acquisition, and program management of contracts
Authored/enacted strategies to capture NATO ISR, enable RPA CAS, & put C2 in Air Components in support of US National Security Objectives
Led employees in cyber, intelligence, and civil engineering business
Built DCGS ISR sites and engaged customers to boost business
Built & marketed NSA/Joint ISR
Critical Air Force DCGS Distributed Ground Station experience 2 Beale Air Force Base, CA
Congressional Liaison experience
EDUCATION:
Senior Service School Professional Military Education to include Air and Space Power Studies, School of Advanced Air and Space Studies
US Air Force Intelligence Weapons Graduate and or Instructor
B.S. or B.A. in Aeronautical Engineering
TRAVEL:
Up to one week per month
WORK LOCATION:
Continental United States – National Capital Region is highly desired
