MASTER PLANNER

Job Description:

• Evaluate, recommend, and re-align real property assets for space allocation in support of Base closure and de-scope efforts.

♦  Conduct site/facility surveys to gather preliminary information and validate requirements. Work with Garrison DPW

and design engineers in developing and gaining approval for proposed facility programs/projects.

♦  Ensure that the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and local codes concerning health, safety, and the environment are strictly adhered to in the programming, design, and construction of real property facilities.

♦  Prepare and brief presentations for Bagram Air Field Commanding General and Chief of Staff.

♦  Work alongside key Military personnel and equities to develop non-combative emergency operations plan and strategy.

♦  Plan, coordinate and supervise all contract activities and serve as the principal representative for 16 contractors in all matters pertaining to the Bagram Support Group AFCAP contract. Continually measure and analyze progress. Provide for the welfare of the personnel and the enhancement of the contract, to include optimizing the balance between resources of manpower, equipment, time, materials and money.

The Contractor shall possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
