Primary Function:
Responsible for providing advice, guidance and technical support to host country in CWD/Humanitarian Mine Action activities. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission and values.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for training, oversight and capacity building
Assists host country develop to capabilities to become self-sufficient or reach desired goals or end states
Job Requirements:
At least 6 years specialized experience in CWD/Humanitarian Mine Action
Certificates for completion of military EOD or IMAS Level 4 training
Overseas work experience highly desirable, preferably for 2 or more years
Knowledge of applicable US DoD and IMAS standards, industry and international best practices
Knowledge of host country requirements and culture
If former military must have received a honorable discharge
Must be available to work outside the normal schedule when dictated by needs of the company
Ability to work in harsh working conditions, outdoors, and/or in extreme temperatures
Must be willing to deploy OCONUS
Must be able to pass a detailed background investigation
Must be able to pass a physical approving candidate for overseas work

Strong written and oral presentation skills

Excellent organization skills
Proven ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
Strong initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
