Job Description :
Review orders for validity and fraudulent activity and respond to customer concerns and inquiries.

Qualifications:
Microsoft Office computer experience preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Excellent decision-making and organization skills

Prior knowledge/experience in finance or customer service is desired

Days and Hours :
Monday thru Friday

Must be flexible to work additional hours and some weekends during peak season
