All Source Analysts - Centra Technology - Reston, VA

US Citizenship and current TS/SCI and poly eligibility is absolutely required; current poly is preferred.

CENTRA Technology, Inc. is seeking junior and mid level All Source Analysts to support their Arlington, VA office.

Requirements of the position include:
Junior Level: Bachelors or Master’s degree, plus 3-4 years of specialized training.

Mid Level: Bachelors or Master’s degree, plus 4-6 years of experience and/or specialized training.

Highly desired skills of the position include:
Experience with Threat Analysis (Strategic Finished Intelligence) or Intelligence Operations (SOF/SMU Support).

Geographic experience in one or more of the following regions: Iraq, Syria, Iran and the Levant; Afghanistan/Pakistan; and Latin America & US Homeland.

Desired skills of the position include:
Counterterrorism analysis experience.

Familiarity with analytic tradecraft, all-source production, and intelligence support to military decision-making.

Experience with inter-agency coordination, products and consumers.

Demonstrated writing briefing experience, familiarity with DoD, and support to CCMDs/TFs.

Experience with collection requirements and tools.

Deployments/experience within the regions.

Experience working with foreign partners under exchange agreements.

Experience in frequent engagement with customers, collaboration with colleagues, meeting deadlines, and refinement of production requirements.

Ability to understand complex and technical data and process it into all-source analysis.

Experience briefing sensitive and complex information to seniors.

Normal duty hours; ability to perform 24/7 crisis operations (shift work, and/or weekend duty) and to travel for temporary duty, if required.
