AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. Job Summary


AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the MOSC-A contract for an LMP Analyst II . The analyst provides technical guidance for AWRDS Clerk and LMP Analyst I. Monitors the transfer of equipment into AWRDS, LMP and resulting Inter-Depot Transfer (IDT) process for allclasses of equipment. Develops and produces reports to monitor AWRDS and LMP. Analyzes reports to identify potential systemic issues and/or anomalies. Performs causative research, andinitiates staff actions for corrections. Performs queries, trend analysis and produces reports as required. Creates and implements desk top procedures and tools to capture and develop actionable logistics intelligencefrom disparate supply system data. Maintains situational awareness of current operations, reviews orders, and identifies impact and constraints toAWRDS/LMP operations. Monitor A5A and A5J creations in LMP and create work orders if transfer interface was ineffective. Create purchase orders for UBSTOs and ZIDOCs as needed for equipment MRO generation. Submit ARI and follow-up disposition request to the major commands through the AO. Proficient knowledge of T-codes in LMP that effect the retrograde mission. Acts as Operation Manager in the absence of Manager.


Attends secure VTCs and Teleconferences with US Government and Program Management staff as required. Develop AD-HOC queries to meet specific information requirements. Performs data entry using a PC into the AWRDS and LMP systems. Adjusts equipment configurations in AWRDS. Accomplishes receipt processing (inventory adjustments, equipment receipts, etc.). Uses AWRDS query module to obtain information and resolves problems. Prepares monthly readiness reports. Defines and develops government information requests. Performs a variety of analyst functions pertaining to inventory. Defines and develops government information requests. Due to the combining of sensitive information that is put together from multiple systems a security clearance willbe required. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and


minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements



  • High School diploma or equivalent required.




  • LMP 40 hour Certificate required.




  • Secret Security Clearance, is required.




  • Minimum 3 years AWRDS and LMP experience required.




  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may




  • be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of




  • college and vice versa.




  • Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to start date.




  • Must be knowledgeable in utilizing automated systems, to include, Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW)




  • and existing supply systems that interface with LIW such as the Logistics Integrated Database (LID B),




  • Automated Reset Management Tool (ARMT), TPE Planner, Logistics Support Activity (LOGSA) Tools,




  • Radio Frequency In-Transit Visibility (RF-ITV), Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) and




  • Logistics Management Program (LMP).




  • Experience with property accountability procedures.




  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, required.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Minimum 1 year experience in an analyst role performing system analysis and writing functional and




  • technical specifications preferred.




  • Knowledgeable in Army Records Management System for record keeping in accordance with Federal Law




  • and AR 25-400-2, The Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS) preferred.
