Overview:
ITA International, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in providing detailed mission analysis, innovative organizational planning, technical staff training support and comprehensive assessments resulting in strategic-to-tactical solutions for government and private sector.
ITA is seeking an OSINT Senior All-Source Analyst for our MacDill AFB, FL location. This is a contingent opportunity based on award of contract.
Responsibilities: The OSINT Senior All Source Analyst must:
- Provide support to the planning, organizing, and coordinating of CTF activities in respective GCC AORs/AOIs, and recommend whether the activities meet the Commander, Component Commanders, deployed Task Forces, and other USG agencies/department’s operational needs
- Analyze, develop courses of action and recommend specific operational alternatives to the GCC Commander and as requested by USG agency/departments of international CTF organizations in respective AOR
- Provide CTF operations intelligence support and be responsible for the development of theater-wide CTF operations-intelligence products
- Recommend and assist in drafting policy guidance and provide expertise on matters related to DoD CN/CTF policy and DoD efforts to support overarching USG programs to counter the illicit drug trade and adversary finances
- Analyze highly complex policy, strategy, concept, and program issues and implications of broad changes to the international environment and provide recommendations to GCC leadership or designated representative
- Develop CTF Action Plans, Papers, Studies, Reports, Target Packages, and Strategies
- Utilize experience in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, and CN efforts to accomplish analytic processes in order to support the effective coordination of CN efforts
- Sustain the constant professional communications between RNIFC, CENTCOM, and Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT)
- Support program reporting requirements as set forth by CENTCOM-CN
Qualifications: T he OSINT Senior All Source Analyst must:
- Be competent in utilizing Microsoft office suite, Analyst Notebook, IC Reach, Firetruck, Proton, KaChing, DataXplorer, Horizon, Voltron Suite, Google Earth, Target-COP, QLIX, M3, TAC, RMT, Palantir, and other report aggregator/Automated Message Handling System search tools
- Be proficient in utilizing existing and new analytical tools to effectively exploit raw financial data
- Be knowledgeable of other interagency threat finance cells to include the Counter ISIL Finance Cell and Afghanistan Threat Finance Cell
- Be skilled at implementing and utilizing best practices, proper tradecraft and determining relevancy of information disseminated against the standards set forth by the USG
- Have experience with reviewing, prioritizing, and managing submitted requests
- Understand interagency restrictions and sensitivities on sharing certain types of data, as well as the steps necessary amongst the interagency to share said data
- Have geo-political knowledge of Southwest Asia to include cultural and historical knowledge with an emphasis on Afghanistan and Pakistan
- Have completed formal Military Intelligence training or possess related formalized Government Intelligence experience
