Job Title Site Manager / Project Manager


Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.


Job Description Supervises and coordinates site operations, departments, services and activities within assigned AOR. Leads site operations in a manner that ensures ongoing compliance with applicable contractual, statutory and procedural requirements. Coordinates and schedules activities of departments to ensure that support services are provided on a timely basis. Reports the status of the assigned organization to management. Investigates technical and operational issues to determine their cause and recommends resolution. Provides technical and operational guidance. Leads the effective operation of site functions and services; develops and implements improvement initiatives as needed. Responsible for the financial performance of all site operations; consistently monitors project financials, reports key metrics and takes corrective action to ensure the achievement of financial objectives. Coordinates site operations and activities with other locations, military contacts and regional management. Leads planning and


scheduling activities for site operations. Establishes site practices and procedures as appropriate.


As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the “General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities” addendum.


Basic Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and eight (8) years related experience.

REQUIREMENTS**


Elevated background screening applies.


Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).


Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.


Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.


Preferred Qualifications Prior military experience.
