Job Description Provides customer service excellent as functional and administrative support to the Service Desk and Work Control function as assigned. Receives, enters and tracks service order requests for U-Drive-It vehicles, process work orders and initiate work control work orders and administrative work for VM&A (Vehicle Maintenance & Analysis). Provides customer service and coordinates with other personnel and department, as well as organizing and scheduling classes as necessary. Scans work orders and related documents; ensures proper archiving of records. Performs general administrative and functional support tasks as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and three (3) years related experience.

Position may be located in a war zone in a contingency environment with harsh, dangerous working and living conditions, which may include carrying and wearing required personal protective equipment for extended periods of time. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employees will be literate in English (read, write, speak and understand).
Must possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
