Senior Maintenance Technician - BRTRC - Warren
Responsibilities:
Supervises activities associated with the development and execution of maintenance plans with responsibility for analysis and resolution of problems requiring an advanced level of expertise,and performs these operations with minimal direction and supervision.
Ensures a high degree of customer satisfaction by quality, on-time performance of the team.
Perform Electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on DOD Systems, often under field conditions.
Utilize mechanical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams to perform system diagnostics and fault isolation to root cause failures.
Travel to DOD sites to respond to calls for corrective maintenance; perform scheduled maintenance and upkeep of systems.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience and DoD supply concepts.
Mastery of U.S Army maintenance support systems and concepts.
Possesses advanced experience in fault detection, isolation, and correction of hardware systems and individual components.
Ablility to obtain a DoD security clearance; current clearance preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of Department of Defense contracting policies and procedures.
Knowledge of selected computer applications (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must be able to meet deployment status requirements.
Candidate must have some form of US military service (any branch) or equivalent experience.
